Saint Bread is offering 6-packs of

shio pan 塩パン

for Thanksgiving this year!

Our new sibling The Wayland Mill has pies covered this year, but the Saints still wanted to offer something special: enter shio pan 塩パン, Japanese salty butter rolls.

We take batches of our regular shokupan dough, separate individual rolls and roll them out into triangles, and press a hearty pat of butter into the wide end before rolling it up into a beautiful crescent shape.

These taste like a superb Pillsbury crescent roll (and they’re made with far fewer—and far better—ingredients). Our favorite thing is the butter that leaks out during the bake: resulting in an amazing buttery, crunchy bottom.

We will be selling these in packs of 6 for $12.

These rolls are best on the day they're baked. Pick up is on Thanksgiving Day at Saint Bread, any time between 7:30am - 1:00pm. Don’t worry, we’ll have some coffee brewed :)
